Warranty - warranty and return policy information

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@stareloplug.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • What countries do you ship to?

      Not limited.

  • How will my delivery be shipped?

      We have our own logistics partners to ship products, they will choose the fastest and most suitable shipping route. If expedited shipping is required, please note in the order and contact us - info@stareloplug.com

  • I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

        We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

  • Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

         Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
